I went to a friends house, who is a major achivment whore, and he made me play some of Eragon for him he got so bored after about 30 minutes. It was horrific. Also I noticed you apparently just have MSN Messenger, cause I added a Knuckles Dawson on AIM(AOL Instant Messenger if your unfamiliar) and i talked to him to see if it was you, and it just doesnt seem like you..

Oops, what I was trying to ask up there was if that is you than okay, but if it isn't (which i think it isn't you cause you seem just a little to rude to your readers on there) cause than I think you may need to tell people that. Cause it doesnt seem like you so i wanted to know if it was or not?

Another great achievements 101, to comment on your halo 3 achievement thoughts i would say that i mostly agree. I really like the halo 3 achievements and i did not want the 'get x kills with x weapons'but i did want a long term achievement such as get 50,000kills throughout everything, so custom games and unranked too. They can call it like
"Love, Bungie". I only say this because i think some of the achievements are way to easy and i think getting alot of kills would be a great long term goal and if your really devoted to getting the full 1000/1000 you would do it.

Knuckles,

Remember, you can sign up any blog for 360voice if you wish to track them. I've done this for my brother's account who doesn't use 360Voice.

I'm not sure if you listen to the podcast, but I have moments of being a complete asshole. Or maybe just moments of being normal, surrounded by more often than not being an asshole. That was me on AIM, being, well, an asshole. If it makes you feel any better, I'll dig up the transcript to give you my perspective, then apologize anyway. Or something.

And Jay, I know. But signing up someone now doesn't tell me how much FFXI they've been playing since they first got it. So it's more or less a moot point. Thanks for sharing the tip, though. :)

Knuckles! Another great column! W00t w00t!

Love the perspective on the Halo 3 achieves and I fully agree with it! I still have yet to get my 360 back so I can't get to Superman yet...

When I get my 360 back I'm going to try and keep up with the games you've put up here in the column...but catching up is going to be a B*TCH.

I'll send you a privvy chat when I do get my 360 back...

KD FTW!

I just noticed this column as I rarely read X3F on the weekends - I gotta say it's about time something like this made its way on here.

hey knuckles. i just finished pirates this weekend too and I agree, it wasn't half bad (for a rental). as to getting your souls, you can get all your remaining souls in Port Royal. theres a point where Jack is on his own and has to fight 3 marines and a boss. if you just keep killing the marines and using the highlighted finishing move you can get a shrunken head. then run up the stairs to the platform, wait for them to chase you , jump off the platform run to the corner, watch them, activate jackanism before they get to you, and you can get between 3 and 5 souls per time. this is pretty tedious as it takes a while for them to drop a shrunken head when you use the finishing move, but a sure-fire way to get to 100 souls. make sure you don't kill the boss guy until you have the required number of souls for you to hit 100.
p.s. the first link in the summary refers us to xbox350fanboy.com/(etc)
