I'd be a hell of a lot more interested if it wasn't $100. I still can't figure out why it costs that much.

It costs that much because it's for retards. All you need to do is plug it in.

But for a fraction of the price, you can buy a wireless receiver to function the same way. Or you can do what I do, and use a crossover cable from a laptop for free.

Because a laptop is so much cheaper than a wireless adapter.

Microsoft should be dropping the price of the wireless adapter in half. 100 dollars is ridiculous.

You guys do know that you can't set up through the Xbox with a bridge right? I think the convenience of setting up through the Xbox is well worth the money. And the only ones that work are powered through ethernet so you are looking to spend alittle more than $50 on one.

Sorry about that, here's the item:

I read something that claimed this worked. I could use one anyway, so I'll pick one up soon-ish. I'll give it a shot on the 360 and see what happens, if anything.

The problem with bridges is you need to configure them, plus yer dealing with ac adapters and the like. This wifi adapter also supports 11a which would provide more throughput to stream media if you had an 11a capable router. Thats why its so expensive.

This price isnt a great one... Office depot has had these for $88 which is cheaper than this even with the gift card.
