I didn't see any gameplay it all looked like cutscenes to me.

@3 GTA has essentially been the same game done over with a few tweaks since the original hit PS1. It's still fun and the signature comedy and characters of the seriese are what makes it fun. That's why we don't complain about doing the same time of missions over and over in each new game released.

Wow, are you sure this is for the PS3? It looks so outdated already.

@ Justin

"These graphics do not look good. All of the lighting has that blurry effect that the 360 is known for. Hopefully, the game makes up for the sub par graphics with a huge campaign"

Excuse me?

Sense when has GTA been known for their graphics? It's the sandbox style gameplay, you either love it or hate it. There is just something Rock* does right with this genre. For example I picked up crackdown for the elite as I heard it's GTA on steroids. The game blows. San Andreas is one of my all time favorite games, did the sub par graphics take anything away from the gameplay? Not for me, nor millions of others who bought the game.

With that out of the way, yes Sigma is gorgeous. I hope to see more love coming from Team Ninja on the PS3.

Sorry guys, but I was blown away. And I'm pretty sure I saw my apartment building and my office building in there as well. I'm all over this when it releases.

Hey, I really like the song, I've been trying to find out who it is. If anyone finds out who it is, let me know.

are you guys for real. what did you expect, like #7 gta games have never really been at the top of the graphic meter, but look at all the shit you can do and all the places you can explore, ski dive of the tallest building, gamble in casinos, run into bigfoot in the forest. and although we can all say that we 'already played this before...three times' cuz we kinda have, each new gta add something new or improves upon other things in previous versions.

and it doesnt even look bad, at all, imo!

knowing there won't be any canned animation in the game, the characters don't look so bad.

The second I saw the prescreen of the guy hanging from the helicopter I knew it was going to be awesome. Holy freaking cow, IT WAS INCREDIBLE! I wanna hang off the ass end of a moving semi!

The GTA's have changed, in feel, in controls, in vehicles, in setting, in variety all just in the past three games. Does it upset you all that the game hasn't strayed so far from it's roots that the games in the series become something so foreign and unplayable that we pray to the heavens for a proper sequel but never get one (I'm lookin' at you Nintendo Franchises!).

Looks fine... too bad it's the same-old GTA sub-30-frames-per-second. For me, that totally ruins gameplay, when you can feel the code (not necessarily the console) bogging down. In San Andreas, it was acceptable. They were pulling amazing power out of the PS2. But seeing framerates like that on next-gen?

If only it was locked at 30... just a steady 30, like Resistance.

But it's GTA, and they always make this particular sacrifice... I know, I know... sandbox vs. framerate.

Still. This is next-gen.

Of course, I'll still... RENT it...
