After reading about the near-perfect score awarded to the Japanese release of The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, we resurrected our shrine to Celda and began making offerings of lesser Zelda clones. When we read that the title sold 350,000 copies in just two days, we yearned to be a tiny cog in that hulking mass of DS carts. Undoubtedly moved by the magical powers of our shrine, Nintendo of America has just announced an October 1 release date for the portable Zelda, three months from now. We can make it ... but we're gonna sacrifice another copy of Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy just in case.

yeah, I like how they slyly added in the MP3 thing, heh.
Oh well, this game looks fantastic and I can't wait to pick it up. I have played a couple hours of the japanese version (by strictly legal means of course ;) and it looks and plays very well. I'm excited.
plus I love the wind waker look.

also theres a difference between "downloading a shitton of games I dont own and playing them without paying for them" and "downloading games that I do own and having them all on one card that is permanently inside my DS instead of carrying a pocketful of game cards with me"
do I have a couple games downloaded that I dont own? yes. (this, Ouendan 2, Picross DS) but those are all games that while not out here yet, WILL come out here eventually, which is why I dont want to import them.
Not denying its stealing. I'm just sayin'. I buy every DS game I download, because 1)I like to support the companies that make games I enjoy and 2)because I am a collection-whore, which is why a good portion of those games I own are still shrinkwrapped.

You know, technically it's legal to have the games for 24 hours before you have to get rid of it. So, assuming JodyAnthony only played a few hours, he's still in the clear, legally. Or I could be totally wrong.

you guys, relax, moon language is very hard to translate into american english. In the meantime you can breed and then EV train your pokemans until it's metroid time (maybe a little mario strikers inbetween if that's your thang) and before you know it you'll be controlling link with a little white stick and everything will be fine.

Yeah, there isn't such a 24hour rule or anything. But if you were ever called out on downloading roms, you could probably get off by claiming fair use, provided that you used the rom as a trial and purchased the legal full version when it was available.
In another thread I saw this guy proclaim he downloaded every NES, SNES, Genesis, TurboGrafix, Gameboy, etc, game in their libraries. He would definitely be hurting after a lawsuit.
