Give me the location, your shift list, and the name on your tag and I'll try my best.

I find it amusing that people blame the companies they buy from of robbing them, "those F***ers ripped me off, they only gave me $10 in store credit for my broken X-box, Which I might add worked when I brought it in, this is a new occurrence." Damn those companies forcing people to buy their product and trade in their old games that you play all the time.

I find it amusing that people still defend Gamestop and their shady business practices.

Hey dork, QUIT!

There are plenty of other places that are willing to hire you for minimum wage. And if you're not a Game Advisor, than it's even easier to get a job once you've been an assistant manager or manager of a retail store.

Oh, and maybe you should see a therapist.

As far as the story goes, I don't think what they did was that dumb. They went in for the purpose of stealing merchandise and not money. Merchandise is harder to track than cash. After the PS3 launch a lot of people only stole the console and I know that at my old store a (former) employee stole around 6 PSP's.

That would be alot easier if they didn't have a virtual monopoly on the used games market. Where else can you go to trade in your old games for new ones. I want names of national businesses, not local mom and pop shops (as those are hardly competition).

If they knew where the security tape was, the investigators are probably concluding that:

1. They used to work there

2. A friend of theirs worked/works there

3. they walked in there in previous days just to look around

So if gamestop employees pay any attention to who walks in and out of their stores, they should be able to identify them

What?, I'm sorry but your comparison is way out of whack. How about this real-life example: Under the delusion of thinking a sports game might be more fun than actually going outside to play a sport I purchase MLB 2004. I got it home and utterly hated it. So I went over to EB Games and they gave me $25 for it. That was half of what I payed for something that was played once and was probably in better condition than the discs they take out of the cases, handle, and than put back in to declare "new."

Now I just refuse to trade-in games, because it actually hurts the industry. Every time you give a game to Game Stop you are actually helping them to steal money from programmers, designers, and artists.

@ #11.

Game Rush and Game Crazy are 2. And BB is also testing the used market. GS is not the only large company that is in the used market. Do your research before posting please.

Waaaaaaaa, go the crybaby bitches, waaaaaaaaaa!

"They only gave me half of what I paid!" Guess what, retard, if it wasn't for places like Gamestop, Gamecrazy, and Gamerush you wouldn't get anything for your games.

What? Did you think that when you buy a game you're just leaving a deposit that you get back when you are done?

"Gamestop ripped me off by charging $50 for a game like everyone else!" "Gamestop opened the box and put the game in a sleeve and charged me the new price when I bought it!" "They asked me to preorder!" "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" This place is so full of crybabies, it's pathetic.

My god, does every one of these article comment sections have to end with mindless bickering? It takes about 3 posts and then the discussion goes off in a totally different direction. By the time I get half way, I have to stop and remember what the hell the article is about!
