Unless Mr. Cho somehow passive-aggressively licensed his game, I can't understand why he'd be upset. He undoubtedly knew what he was doing.

Exactly, Jon. I guess gamers are about to get schooled in the art of Open Source development and the different licenses involved.

Well, Majesco's gain on this on that's for sure.

Hint: amateur game devs - if major publishing force wants to put your game on the #1 console consider saying yes. If anything it looks good on your resume and you might even make enough money to keep developing games...

Idealogy and stuff only go so far...
(and usually doesn't pay the bills)
