I don't think the other 100 is for harvesting every little sister because there is already 40 gamerpoints for:
Dealt with every Little Sister
Either Harvest or Rescue every Little Sister in the game

"Either Harvest or Rescue every Little Sister in the game"

Please notice "either".

I have a feeling it's RESCUE every LS for 100.

way off topic, but ...

@ Jonah Falcon ... is that your real name? if so, your parents are really cool. it sounds like an american guy's name in any nintendo franchise ... ala ricky winterborn, etc. i think i will name my son jonas falcon ... weezer really sold me on jonas, i'd still have to change my last name to falcon though. maybe he'll get a spot in F-Zero Revolution (upgraded wii controls and this-gen gpx)

wow, no sleep + beer = fun & confusing

/totally mindless post

p.s.

smells like dead rising achievements ...

i'm with you, KD, makes sense to garner opposite achievements with the same amount of points ... it will take at least two full runs of the game with the 100 point achievements in mind to complete 100%

p.s.s.

not exactly sure what "garner" means ... but it sounded good in the previous paragraph. (you can do that when you aren't paid to write)

It should be p.p.s, not p.s.s, but yeah, I think I'm going to be playing this game through as many times as I can, except I think my classes start before Bioshock comes out : (

Yuccadude,

yeah, don't hate, i got REALLY distracted, but now i feel like i shaved like 5 years off my prime.

i've postponed the best time to be making mad money looking for a honey .........................................................

and i live with my parents.

colin, garner essentially means to gather, acquire, or earn. You could have successfully used that word in your post, if you'd said something like:
"It would make sense to create mutually exclusive achievements, so that it would take at least two full runs through the game to garner them all."

- Also a Colin, but 29, in my own house, married with a kid, and working a decent job.
(It's not too late to turn things around!)

Well, I look forward to getting this game and it will be interesting to C how it compares to The Darkness. I get a strong sense that this game will be much deeper and longer. But I cant tell till its been played through:)

I chose to Rescue and after two or three rescues I received the Hypnotize Big Daddy plasmid, which was stuffed in a "gift" teddy bar. I wrote about it on my blog at JOEyGADGET.com: http://joeygadget.com/2007/08/20/bioshock-tip-harvest-or-rescue-choose-rescue-and-earn-hypnotize-big-daddy-plasmid/
