Namco E3 lineup confirms Katamari exclusivity?

If you needed any more confirmation that Beautiful Katamari will only roll on the Xbox 360, you need look no further than Namco Bandai's recently released E3 lineup. Eurogamer has the list and was quick to notice that the Xbox 360 was the only platform designated for the title. Is it ironclad proof that Beautiful Katamari is 360 exclusive? No, but it's pretty damned close. Other Namco Bandai 360 games to be shown at E3 include Dynasty Warriors Gundam, Ace Combat 6, Eternal Sonata, and Culdcept SAGA.

Never played it. Guess I will check it out.

This is stupid. There is no advantage to exclusivity, it won't take advantage of the 360's hardware strengths, and I think this would have been more fun on the Wii or PS3 due to the motion controls. I'll be mad when they announce this as an exclusive.

And the salt in the wounds... as of right now still slated for Wii...

Its a great game, but i dunno if i would call it a popular one. A cult hit but i cant reclal the sales figures ever getting that high. But yeah, even so theres absolutely no benefit in going 360 exclusive considering how low end of the spectrum Katmari is on just about.. everything. Its not got great graphics or stuning ai or realistic physics... Either MS payed them off or Namco is just stupid, its a close call on which one of those is right.
