That looks like it will be the final box art but it doesn't have the rating and they better not take out the Wi-Fi.

It's shopped. I can tell because of the pixels and I've seen a few shops in my time.

Nah, I cannot be sure... But the part of the weird-sailor's head has a slight white outline around it, which is usually left when you crop or magic-eraser a JPEG on a white background. Also in the top corner there should be the USA product code, this has appeared only recently on US box arts and those using older DS box templates to make fakes or mock-ups will not have this there ready for them. On the legitimacy side, I've never seen a artwork for Link in that pose and the background used I've never seen before either. And usually that can make or break a box-art legitimacy battle.

Well, with the logo's and stuff, that can always come after the artwork.
But yeah, I don't think this is real, but, I really like the way it looks. Windwaker had a nice brown on its cover, a little plain but nice.

looks very crappy and Pirates of Carribean which I don't like. I hope that gay map guy isn't on the box. It looks very odd to have two men on a game box and one looking flaming gay, that crap will hurt sales in certain areas.

My guess is that it's shopped, mainly because of the white around the guy next to link like ssuk said. But going against ssuk about its legitimacy saying that link hasn't been done in that pose, or he's never seen that background, may i just say that there are some really good artists out there, so i'm staying with faked and anyway, no wifi logo makes it even faker...so yeah...

I think I'd prefer the one above to the Japanese one. It doesn't scream "you are going to be sailing around for hours and hours and hours. Again." which apparently would be a turn-off to some...
