I own some of the company's figures, but these are honestly turning out better than I anticipated.

Given that his is HALO related I would usually insert a "jerking motion" here but those look pretty damn dope.

Jackel looks badass, however he's a sniper and therefore; an pain-in-the-ass.

Gee, the certainly make my Halo 2 Spartan look rubbish. Wish I had an idea of scale though.

Aero, if you go to SPAWN.COM they mention scale. The tallest is the Brute Chieftain at 6 inches, the shortest is Cortana at 4.5 inches. Master Chief alone has 18 points of articulation..a first for McFarlane toys!!!

Man, f*ck Mcfarlane, their figures are too damn delicate. I want JoyRide to keep making figures, their work is well crafted, enough details while being nicely weighty and not breakable.

McFarlane only needed to add decent articulation, and it seems like they will be finally. I don't need an uber-unbreakable figure; I usually just pose them on my desk or keep them in thier box, depending. Halo 3 is all about detail, and Bungie chose the right toyhouse to work on the toys this time finally!

I can't wait to see my Master Chief on the Ghost or the Brute Chopper:)..but I NEED a shotgun! (Knuckles knows what I mean;) )

..Let me also note that these figures appear to be in scale (6 inches or so) to the upcoming CastleVania: Symphony of The Night toys from NECA this October! I'll arm Master Chief with a katana, and give Alucard a shotgun..:)

McFarlane's stuff is amazing. I currently own a 12" Predator, Alien queen, and 6" Spawn, Predator from the 2nd film, Arnie Terminator (also from 2), and Necrid from Soul Caliber 2, and the detail and texture on them is incredible.

The textures on the WIP's look quite flat, so expect extra texture like damage, scratches, etc.

I've been collecting McFarlane's Spawn action figures for the last 10 years, and have well over 100 of them...McFarlane is the best in the business, and everybody who is bitching about how delicate the action figures are needs to stick to buying Fisher-Price sets to play with.

However, the local Suncoast stores are now charging $15.99 per action figure for the latest Spawn series, which is pretty much the breaking point for me as a collector. They're just way too damn expensive now. Anybody who is hoping to collect the entire series is probably going to shill out more than a hundred bucks. I'll have my eyes on the clearance rack.

they do look good but I wish Mcfarlane would work on a cool franchise like Gears or Quake.
