I played this at Tokyo Game Show last year. I waited in line for freaking ever. And the ladies there stopped me from getting too far in the game.

i was downloading the demo at about 12:30ish (central time zone) last night, when i got cut off. i figured it was no big deal and i would have a better connection in the morning. now all traces of the demo are gone, except the partial download on my hdd.

Is it just me (or my Xbox...) or does there appear to be extreme frame rate issues in battle? I did this one summon attack in a battle and there were points during the animation where it felt as if the 360 just could not handle what was on screen.
I hope that gets sorted out before release.

A lot of the slowdown I noticed may have been intentional. It was...if this makes any sense...too smooth of a slowdown to be simply framerate issues.
Now granted, I did notice some slowdown that was framerate related. I just hope I'm not deluding myself into wanting it to be purposeful.
I'm still excited as hell for the game though. The music sent me back to the old days of Final Fantasy/Chrono Trigger...and it felt good.
