When they were playing it during the MS conference, a body of a soldier was stuck in mid air after he was killed, anyone noticed it?

I don't think it was a big deal but it was had not to notice because Jade Raymond laughed nervously when it happened.

I think the body actually fell onto a little bar or point that stuck out from the ledge and the rag doll physics didn't kick in properly.

If you pay attention it sound like the woman talking about the demo notices it too. She becomes momentarily flustered when it happens, like she's embarrassed about it.

Yea, but I thought the game looked really good despite it.

Thanks for the heads-up on the controls and the hands-on impressions!

I'm really looking forward to this game, and for some reason, after watching the press conference previewing this game, my girlfriend is eager for this game to come out as well.

"my girlfriend is eager for this game to come out as well."

Yeah-- because she's completely friggin' sick of you, and just wants to be left alone.

I really hope this demo comes to the XBLM soon. I don't know how long I can go without a fix of Assassin's Creed...

Where can you find a list of games that are playable at E3?

This is certainly a more viable use of the "next-gen" technologies

not just more of the same with some of teh shiny

Something more intuitive, a deeper experience impossible to replicate, something where, if ported, the experience would be impossible to replicate on anything other than the high-end next gen systems

Thanks Richard for the detailed step by step. It has the stealthy moves that I miss from MGS, and as a nice bonus --- awesome graphics!

Happy 7-11 Day. FREE SLUSHIES FOR EVERYONE.

I wonder what proportion of posts about Assassin's Creed don't mention Jade Raymond? ;)

Here's a completely unscientific GoogleFight result...

i bet the big secret is that this is just a video game version of Virtuosity, with Denzel Washington and Russel Crowe.

This looks awesome. The Thief games meet the modern Prince of Persia games. Sweet.

I usually don't go for games like this, but after seeing the live footage yesterday it actually piqued my interest a lot. Too bad I don't have a 360 or PS3 yet...

i bet the twist is that altair is a girl because of the ambiguous name and the hood so you can't see the face oh snap!

I think the twist is that Altair is a video game character, being controlled by some dude on a couch somewhere.

I think the twist is that Jade is a remote-controlled robot, being controlled by some dude in an office at Ubisoft.
