Looks good! Wish we knew if we could expect it by Dec or not!

Either way, its a good day for the PS3. I'm not going to say Halo killer, because Halo wont die, its to much in the hearts of Casual and hardcore gamers alike. However I will say, if the gameplay is fun, I'd take this over Halo 3 anyday!

This answer to this question is insane...

"What does the PS3 allow you to do with development of Killzone 2 that you have not been able to do before"?
"For us, we need a great deal of processing power. The PS3 really allows us to build Killzone 2 on a grand scale with a level of detail that is truly eye-catching. To give you an example, our character models on screen use the same amount of polygons as an entire level of Killzone on PS2".

I cannot wait to get my hands on this game!

I sure hope Sony does it big in E3 this year, and more importantly, show some true merritt behind all the previews and demos they are most likely going to show.

I really want the PS3 to succesful, but they need to bring out extensive library of great games that they keep talking about, and Killzone is one of them.

"Don’t forget one thing: This game is PRE-pre-alpha! So, not PRE-Alpha, PRE-PRE! So, please don’t start some “Hey, can you see that texture poppin’ up! PLEASE, stop it, ok? There will be much more details, effects and so on. Give us some time."

Holy f****** s***

I wasn't impressed with Killzone 2, and neither were many of the analysts. There were plenty of parts of the game where the graphics got choppy and the textures weren't good looking at all.

And by the way,

Did anyone notice that Sony's management executive, Jack Tretton, tried to copy what Bill Gates did at last year's E3?

Last year Peter Moore indicated the show was about to end, and then Bill Gates said, "Peter, isn't there one more thing you forgot, something the people in the audience would probably like to see."

Then, Microsoft showed the video of Halo 3.

This year, we got a PERFECT example of why the Sony Playstation 3 is called the Fony Plagiarization 3.

This year, Sony's management executive Jack Tretton says to the other management executive named Phil Harrison, "Phil, isn't there something you forgot."

Then Phil Harrison shows a demo of Killzone 2.

The HUGE difference between Halo 3 and Killzone 2 is that Halo 2 is the most successful video game of all-time, whereas the original Killzone game received crappy review scores of 6.9 and 7.5 from reviews on reliable websites like IGN and Gamespot.

Even Adam Sessler of X-Play on channel G4 said that he wasn't impressed with Killzone 2 because of the scenese with less than impressive graphics. He even made the comment that the original Killzone "was NOT a good game."

It's like the line from the song says, "But Killzone one, sucked be-fore, so what makes you think we want it more."

Seriously, why would want a sequel to a game rating so low in the past.

Glad to see you watched E3 via the live feed with the rest of the game community. However in your claim that most "analysts" (meaning you and your other jobless Xbots) weren't impressed is a flat out lie. Please go to IGN, Gamespot, or any other big industry site and read thier reviews, of all of them PS3 Fanboys review was the least impressed, the none Fanboy crowd gave it the most props.

So either way, nice job trying to make your self out to be something your not. Go enjoy your Halo 3, just because a game sells alot doesn't mean its good. Hell, Spiderman 3 topped the box office, and the movie sucked.

We will enjoy our EXCLUSIVE MGS4 and Killzone 2 in all its glory, and you can go prop your Xbox up on a Box to it doesn't over head while playing Halo 3.

(Since I doubt you read that I'll sum it up for ya! You're an Idiot, you Lie, Halo was only good for a console shooter, and never came near many PC shooters in glory.)

Oh yeah and for the "Halo 2 is the most successful video game of all-time,"

Units sold:

Halo 2 (8 million)Xbox
Final Fantasy VII (9.8 million)PS2
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (13 million) PS2
Half-Life (8+ million) PC (Wiki says most selling FPS)
StarCraft (9.5 million) PC

So yeah there are hundreds of games who have out Hyped, and out sold Halo, those are just a few off the top of the list.

Halo wasn't that great in the first place fanbot ;) it was just THE FIRST Console shooter that was actually fun.
