You forgot to mention that the devs had to get special permission from Nintendo to allow them to disable the sleep function that occurs when you close the DS.

This game is really hot. It's fun to erase Daffy as well.

And the best thing is that the production value is really really high. It looks exactly like a cartoon, with smoother-than-smooth animation.

My favorite Loony Toons cartoon of all time now has it's own game. I can't not tell you how excited I am for this game!
We actually studied this cartoon in film class it was so ground breaking.

The video at gamespot made the gameplay look fairly lame, but hearing about this minigame alone is able to sway me.

Not to mention the boxart is the most kickass boxart for a Looney Tunes game ever.

Hahaha, that's great. Yeah, very few games have disabled sleep (Animal Crossing is all that comes to my mind) or have utilized closing the DS as a gameplay element (Trace Memory and Zelda: Phantom Hourglass).

Hmm... Last time I played a Looney Tunes game was Kemco's Bugs Bunny Birthday Blowout on the NES, and a couple of the Crazy Castles on Game Boy.
Konami's Tiny Toon Adventures games were pretty good, too (but, hey, they're Konami. They used to know how to make good licensed games).

In Jerry Beck's survey, “Duck Amuck” is considered the second greatest short animated film EVER. I honestly want this to be game that can perfectly capture the fun and surrealism of its source material. Then perhaps we can get a game based on one “One Froggy Evening”…

Hello! My baby
Hello! My honey
Hello! My ragtime gal

Just when I was getting tired of minigame collections.

Whoever came up with this is a freaking genius.

I agree that this was one of the best Loony Tunes that they did ever

only one of the old cartoons surpassed it, which was a Tom and Jerry flick with an old mouse who kept stealing Tom's whiskers to play his banjo

Seriously Joystiq, track down whoever had this initial idea and hand them a scepter, give them a crown, and declare them Ruler of Everything Ever.
