Sony confirms Heavenly Sword demo in Europe this Thursday

Somehow I've been losing interest in this game the more I see of it. Especially those mo-cap scenes. Oh man it somehow seems more Uncanny Valley every time. And all the brown...

This game has me giddy with excitement. I normally do not care for hack-n-slash, but I will make an exception for this one. It has some of the best graphics I have seen, the environments are HUGE, the animation looks amazing, and so far most of the previews have said that the AI is much better than most games in this genre.

Kudos to Ninja Theory for getting this demo done alomst 2 months from the release of the game. If the demo is a good indicator of the final game, this is sure to sell more PS3 systems.

Nice job this week Sony, you have given us a firmware update and this awsome demo. Keep it up, take the gloves off and give it to Bill and Pals. Just be careful as he is bleeding money all over the place and you never know what might be in Bill's blood.

Game looks great. Really interested in the counter attacks Ive seen so much about.

Wow man, you guys, esp jonny, can't help but thrash everything and anything that has to do with the ps3. You keep talking about "fony trolls" as you call them, by the way, you should really look up that on wikipedia, you know, the word you use so much but never in the right way. Jape Empire Meets God of War O_O

Did anyone even read the hands on review? It specifically said that the left arms weapons with L2 and right with R2. It's not X button attack mashing. It will take some skill to wield and even more skill executing combos. When you bash something without even knowing what you are talking about, it make you sound like a moron. Something I'm sure you are used to anyway.

This news made me pee my pants a little.

This game is a must have and probably one of the most anticipated games coming out this fall for any system.

And I agree with Stockpile, some of you need to get a life and quit complaining about something you "apparently" have no interest in. Do some of you actually think that by bashing a system day in and day out is going to change other people's views of the PS3? Not IMO and it makes you look really pathetic.

Also, you may not have noticed but many of the PS3's biggest critics are starting to come around and show it some love. Maybe some of you PS3 critics should actually play the PS3(and I am not talking about in-store demos) before making judgement on the system.

I read a worrying comment that this is more like an arena fighting game, which I suppose means restricted areas - anyone has any dope on that, would we see some open environments as well. In any case this and Lair would seem like top buys for this year.

Mmmm, I can't wait.

I know I'll probably spend most of my time playing other games for my other consoles that release around the same time, but this game gives me hope that I'll start using my PS3 again.

Can't wait for the demo!
