I just bought the game like half an hour ago, and I love it.

I've been playing it for a couple of days now and I love it. I had it on my cell phone for a while but now all I need is my 360.

Problems though that you didn't mention.
The biggest glitch can happen and piss everyone off, what happends is one person dies but they are still "in the game" so that person is still playing even though they are dead, they have to kill themselves or wait until the time runs out. It sucks when you have revenge turned on and a minute left in the game.
So people, don't yell at the little guy when your waiting on him to press the green skittle, he's more then likely stuck in the game still.

There is one other feature in this game that I haven't seen in any other game (I probably just missed it). If you plug-in a headset into the other people you are taking online, they can participate in the voice chat. Very cool!

This is just about the most perfect XBLA title so far. Highly recommended for any Bomberman fan, or those new to the series.

Mike, yeah, you've missed it. Most games do have the voice chat feature when your playing online.

I've never really been a big fan of Bomberman or any of the really true classic arcade games...

I played two rounds in the trial and then deleted the game. I have about 40 other trials to get through that I missed before I got online in Sept 2006...

I'll probably buy this when I get home today, I played bomberman on N64 (not sure which one), but all I remember is that this game was a blast. And the reviews aren't that bad either.

Since its release, Bomberman has been the game of choice in my household. My daughters love it. The basic mechanics are easy for any one to pick up and play. The costume unlocking is a huge plus for the 10 and under crowd.

In my opinion, this is the best multiplayer XBLA game to date.

Get your friends into it, and they'll love it.

I hope there will be tons of downloadable content for it...

I bought it and haven't really started to like it yet... not good. Anytime I play it online I'm playing with experienced players so I always end up almost in last position! But I suspect local multiplayer should be fun if I can get that rockin..

"But, as gamers so often profess, gameplay trumps graphics any day."

Tell that to the people that reviewed APF 2k8

Unless I've missed it, there's also another feature missing, namely that when having a match with a friend or two on Live, there's no way to bring the total up to 4 or more with AI players.

@4(&2):-
I think he meant on the same Xbox. So you and your mate (on the same xbox) can both chat to me in the online game.

This is the only game I was ever able to play with my dad. We've just been sat for hours trying to blow each other to pieces again. It's really simple, universal and addictive as heroin. The only essential XBLA game other than Geometry Wars in my honest opinion.
