DiRT, Codemaster's rally car racing game, has been officially confirmed for a September release (several months after the PC/360 versions were released). They've also released a sexy new trailer showing off some of the nice damage modeling in the game, which we've conveniently embedded above for your perusal.
The developers of DiRT have said that they feel that the PS3 version is the best version of the game, with an vastly more stable frame rate, more polished graphics, and full 7.1 uncompressed audio. It's a shame they're not fixing the broken, crappy multiplayer -- but the extras they're packing in are appreciated regardless. Get ready for more offroad mayhem come September.
