PC needed to run great PC games set at high res with great framerate = $2300 minimum. XBOX 360 that does the same thing and does it on my 55" HDTV with my wireless controller and included headset = $350.
F'in with your video card settings and spending 8 hours downloading the latest patches from mirror sites and optimizing your background applications so adobe and apple auto downloader doesnt promt you to restart your PC every 5 minutes because it downloaded the latest minor upgrade = priceless.

I hope someone gets Red Ring'd in December. You could let the console replace the Xmas tree, seeing as it comes with its own light show.

I'm a not a big fan of the color but it does look like its something from the Halo universe. Halo "themed" if you will...so I don't see what all the uproar is all about.
If you don't like it don't buy it. All MS is doing is providing the option.
The funny thing is that given how big Halo is this thing will probably sell like crazy.
So all the sony trolls out there can continue to grumble.

If I plan to get a 360 anytime soon, (which I really do plan to since H3 is almost here), this WILL be the one I'll get.
1st reason: Sure its U.G.L.Y it ain't got an alibi, its ugly yea yea..... However, it's just something different and I like it.
2nd reason: It has HDMI which is what I WAS going to get the Elite for.
3rd reason: It doesn't have the 120GBs of space that I 1: don't need, and 2: didn't want to pay for.
I already have a 60gb PS3 and I'm only using like 10 GBs out of that... so this 360 is just want I'm looking for.

Green is my favorite color and the orange color mixed in it is sick but i'm not impressed at all and this is why.I'm not impressed at all because it (just like the core,premium,and not elite all versions) is going to scratch discs,overheat too much,still has that extremely noisy fan and dvd drive,still going to malfunction and die as usual.This is big business for the pimp Microsoft and this is the American way unfortunately.
