Former Volition trio forms Blazing Lizard
After months of strategic planning, industry vets Sandeep Shekar (president), Jiovanie Velazquez (creative director) and Christopher Stockman (studio director) have fully exposed their new development studio: Blazing Lizard, Inc. The trio most recently lit it up at Volition and had a hand in titles like Freespace, the Red Faction series, and Saints Row. While the Lizard is now out in the open, its wares remain a semi-mystery.
According to an inaugural press release, Blazing Lizard will focus development on "console downloadable games for all ages and demographics." The studio is already working on one such title (for unspecified platforms), teasing site visitors with high-res shots that have been "post-shape-blurred," like the one above. We see ... trees? Expect a clear view to be visible on Monday, August 13th.

"Blazing Lizard" sounds like a urinary infection.

"Oh man, I totally have a case of the Blazing Lizard!"
"Really?"
"Yeah, it feels like I just pissed a badger that was made out of broken glass."
"Weak!"
"You're telling ME!"

Just a matter of time before it becomes a disease itself.
Do you have BLS? If so, know that it CAN be treated.

I'm going to start a video game studio and call it Crotch Goblins.

The blurry thing on the left of the picture looks like a caricature of a monkey, dressed in classic golfing attire...
If that is indeed the case, gentlemen, prepare for the greatest game in all of history.

I read that headline without my glasses on and thought it said, "Former Voltron forms Blazing Sword"

I'll form the head!
Any word if that Super Robot Taisen DS with Voltron will get localized?

hvnly:
It has Voltron. So, no. It won't.
