Noone could ever clarify if it's a crime to purchase a modchip or not. I really wanna play some Japanese Wii games, but if it's illegal, there is no chance in hell I'd risk it just so that I could play Bleach and various forms of Densha De Go (or the wii equivalent)

9/11 started out as an intention, but whatever, you keep believing you're safe and don't need the protection, and the people who know what they are doing wont listen to you and keep doing their job.

Al-Qaeda's end game goal is overthrowing all non-islamic regimes and establish islamic states around the world.

Ok, I'm replying to the initial post from Mr Slavio, but it keeps getting placed at the end as a new entry.

How does raiding modders keep America safe from Al-Qaeda?

You said in an earlier post that the DHS is responsible for "...keeping our shores safe from terrorist attacks..." which, to my understanding, is true.

You go on to mention that the raid targets must have been "...major peddlers of mod chips..."

So, this means modders are terrorists? Using mod chips to inspire fear in the hearts of US citizens?

Keeping our shores safe from terrorist attacks is just one among other things that the DoHS is responsible for. I also said in an earlier post that I don't think the original article had his story straight; there is ethier a lot more than what is passed to the reader or maybe he just got his story incorrect, but I doubt DoHS had much of anything (if not nothing) to do with these raids.

"What's next? You can't change your own oil?"

No, next, you can't refill your ink/toner cartridges.
