Command & Conquer 3 expanding with Kane's Wrath

The campaign will follow Kane's rise back to power after the second Tiberium War, played partially through a "Global Domination" meta-game, described as "Risk on steroids." New units, upgrades and powers for each of the factions are also included. The expansion will launch simultaneously on Xbox 360 and PC, but console owners will also be receiving a new radial interface in the expansion (as seen above). Those are the highlights, but feel free to click through to the Battlecast if you'd like to watch a C&C 3 match with the most excruciating play-by-play ever recorded.

Awesome. I dno't know why they didn't think of that dial method sooner. It can be a pain to use the D-pad when trying to select what to buy on the really long menu's on the 360 version.

THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL - a couple of years ago, a fellow named Mark Skaggs made a similar announcement via the Generals' community newsletter - REJOICE COMMUNITY! RED ALERT 3 IS COMING! - he disappeared for a few months ('left' EALA - isn't an active staff member anymore) and Red Alert 3, as you may know it, never came out.
Even though it sounds official, it's not official until Electronic Arts issues a press release.
Foxhound: I'm going to assume they either got the idea from the Skate team or one of them played... Fight Night (from EA, still - well, I think that's the game that made use of the analog stick(s)) to perform attack moves (no moar button mashing).

As for the quality of Battlecast Primetime TV, I thought it was a througly enjoyable and very entertaining show. They even explain at the start that it is orientated towards towards hardcore C&C fans like me- the sort that enjoy the cheesy cutscenes in the first place. I'd say it was brilliant.

It's not about your spelling or your grammatical prowess. It's about your idiotic comment. The production value was shit. They read too fast, they don't sit level, the script was shit, the poor engineer guys looked as though they'd been forced to be there...it's ass. Thus, you're an idiot. I thought the guy who plays Kane was pretty cool and wish that section was larger, but the play by play needs to shut up.
