Wow that pics looks awesome! I can not see why people are complaining about the Halo 3 graphics. They were not going for realistic looking in this game and never have.

It's because people have mostly seen unfinished pics of single-player and assume that that's how it's going to look for the final version.

Oh shit I saw that too. I hope that's not a glitch. It would be awesome if you could tear spartans in half. Maybe with that gravity hammer you could.

He isn't in half his legs are sticking up in the air as he takes a face plant into the ground... Otherwise his stomach resembles two flailing feet by too much.

It looks to me like he was sot or cut in half. His legs are standing there and his torso is on the ground behind him.

I meant 'shot' in half. There's no way you can 'sot' someone in H3.

Yeah sorry guys, it looks like he just landed on his stomach and his feet flew up behind him. I thought he was cut in half at first, but after looking at it carefully you can see that his legs are upside-down and the thing that looks like the bottom half of his stomach is really just his feet.

I was excited for a second :(

Boring boring boring.

We've does every FPS have to look like the cover to an Isaac Asimov novel?

Why is televised sci-fi years ahead of computer games?

This makes me want to play Cooking Mama.

Don't you mean a Larry Niven novel?
Ringworld FTW!

Which TV Sci-Fi is so far ahead? BSG (grungy metal sets like Doom)? SG Atlantis (looks very Halo)? SG1 (just looks cheap)?

ATTENTION HALO HATERS!!!!

Anything you see in joystiq from now to September 25 will never get you to change your minds about Halo 3. So stop bitching in these threads and leave us people who do like the game alone.

I don't mean this as flame bait by no means... I am a HALO fan and I am getting the game at launch.
But after playing that BIOSHOCK demo, I admit I'm not as excited about HALO 3 as before.

Any thoughts? Cause I KNOW it's not just me.

DEEZ...

That makes no sense. How can be excited for a game you should have been excited for in the first place make you less excited about a game that comes out a MONTH later?

If you were excited about Halo 3 before, Bioshock should have no effect on that what-so-ever. You should be equally excited about both games and be happy you own a 360 this year!

How do you think I feel? I'm so emotionally conflicted I think I'm going to have a breakdown!

But seriously, BIOSHOCK is starting to steal some HALO thunder. Look at all the reviews BIOSHOCK is getting.
It won't matter though. HALO 3 will sell. Period.
There, useless comment end here.
