#2...the UMD demo of Syphonfilter Logans Shadow was 3.4, or at least it had the 3.4 update so I assume it required it.

Great a new Demo! Now how do you exactly play this. I'm confused. Help would be appreciated.

I thought I would love this demo (as I loved worms since the dreamcast days) but it only makes me want the full game to come out more.
Just for those that don't know I stopped by game stop and they gave me a date of Sept 4th for the full game. (not sure if it has changed though).

I was interested in this game before, but wasn't sure whether I would really like it. Now that I've played this I really want that game.

like most the demos you can change the firmware using any hex editor. I played it just fine on my 3.40 OE-A

thx again for the demo news.

First, let me preface this by saying that I absolutely love the Worms series of games and have been eagerly awaiting the release of Worms: Open Warfare 2.

This demo, however, is a mixed bag. The graphics, sound effects and control are all very good, although the pixelated ships in the background are a bit distracting. My major qualm is with the level we are presented with. It is - to use the common phrase - fucking terrible. The layout is awful, and the limited number of available weapons means that the player will be wasting many turns unable to attack or even move more than a few steps.

I can only hope that the rest of the levels are not designed so poorly. On the other hand, if this is the worst level, why did anyone think it would be a good idea to use it for the demo?

I am now slightly apprehensive about the game's forthcoming release.
