2 new Guitar Hero III tracks revealed?

While navigating the pre-order boxes, one savvy investigator found the box for Guitar Hero III includes two as-of-yet unannounced songs. Introducing The Killers' "When You Were Young" and Santana's "Black Magic Woman," they join the already fairly large roster of songs for the game. While this could be a misprint, common sense argues that these two songs will most definitely be in the final version of the game.

Of course, with the recent inclusion of Bret Michaels in the game, we wonder if Santana will also lend himself as a legend to play with. And, if you've not been paying attention, we've got a full breakdown of the confirmed songs past the break.

THE KILLERS!!!!

Cool to see some Santana - little disappointed with The Killers if true... You've got an album chocked full of great acts who have been around 10-40 years, then you've got a band who have only just released their second album in the past four years. Their first album was great, and I'd like to see a song from there instead of their last outing. Ah well, guitars have "The Edge" sound (Thank long time U2 producer Brian Eno for that one)

Here's hoping for some Van Halen (Eruption or Panama anyone???) or maybe a hybrid with Steve Vai and Diamond Dave (Just Like Paradise) or some early NWOBHM like Leppard for an expansion

I'm hoping for some Metroid Metal on the Wii version. 8*) We've gotta get some Nintendo franchise love for Guitar Hero Wii, even as DLC.

YES! Through the Fire and Flames by Dragon Force. They are one of my favorite metal bands and I can't wait to play this. Also songs like Barracuda, Knights of Cydonia, Mississippi Queen, and Paranoid got me pretty happy. I think I will reserve this tomorrow just from seeing this list of songs.

The Killers... I guess GH3 was in dire need of shitty cock rock.

OoOooOOOoOoO! Look! The Wii version is the only one with a white guitar! Remember at Min-E3 all the current gen consoles had white and just the PS2 had black?
