well firstly, its an extra 30 pounds for the colours green and orange. then theres the theme and gamerpics (which you can only have if you are on live).

you get NO copy of halo 3 with the console as well.

so in total, thats THE most expensive green and orange I have EVER seen.

20 GB HDD??? That's not an upgrade. this system is only good if you don't have a 360. I'm not gonna buy another one just to have it be green. (and I love Halo)

That is what I paid, and most people paid for the premium. It is a good deal. But I can't get a new 360 until mine breaks, and the damn thing just wont die.

I wonder if these will be 65nm parts exclusively, it would ceirtainly make sense to start with a relatively low volume part, and it would be a compelling reason to buy one, even with the price premium (then again, that horrible color is a reason to NOT buy one).

From what I've read (here: http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=41889) it looks like 65nm parts should be taking over relatively fast. I'm guessing the Zephyr (90nm + HDMI) parts are only out there to help MS to deplete the supply of 90nm parts (or if Chartered/TSMC haven't able to ramp up 65nm production fast enough).

Or you could pay an extra £20 and get an Elite system with a copy of Bioshock from wollies. Hmm... £20 more and you get an extra 100Gb and a great game, I know what I'd go for.

ChickenBoy if I didn't have a Premium I'd be legging it to Woolies as soon as I finished typing this.

2x 120GB HDD's comes close to that price, and that's all I'm interested in at the mo.
