New Metroid Prime 3: Corruption ad seems dangerous

We know that you're dying to play Metroid Prime 3: Corruption right now, and who can blame you? The thing looks great. And if you're stranded in airport and two kindly Japanese men offered you the chance to play the game early, we wouldn't be mad at you for being tempted. What better way to pass the hours? We've got a better way: Not getting arrested.

We're not Homeland Security experts, but we're pretty sure that swinging an unusual wand connected via a cord to another device in an airport is a bad idea. And we're positive that pretending to fire this contraption would ... well, let's just say you'd miss your flight. That said, the game looks good enough that we're wondering if we'd be able to resist. Click the read link for a higher quality version.

what a dumb article, the commercial was fine, it showed gameplay and how some of the motion controls work just like all of their commercials

It is just me or does the beam on Samus's arm look way too big? I mean in all the videos I've seen it looks like you can just spam all you want with minimal movement and still win. I know that there is a lock-on and you can aim anywhere, but with the size of the shoots and maybe even a little bit of an auto aim it'd be hard to miss anything.

Actually I played this game at EB games on Monday and it really puts your sharp shooting skills to the test. Its a nice change from the the auto lock on (PRIME 1,2), but it will ultimately rely on the players precise aiming. When it locks on, it doesn't lock on the cross hairs, it merely makes you look in the right direction, leaving you with lining up the shot. The game made me dizzy after about 15 minutes though.

I loved the part where all the screens turn into the guy saying "Wii would like to play."

I dunno. Like the SPM commercial, it once again features a group playing a one-player game. I know Wii would like to play is their marketing slogan, but maybe they could find something else for their one-player games.

"Wii would like to take over your airports."

Once this game comes out, what little social life i have will be negated until i put Dark Samus to a violent death
