An internet fracas caused us to have to take a two-day break in the middle of this podcast, so listening to it is like having the ability to travel into the past! Also, Ludwig's playing a game from the past that you've all been hassling him to play, and the Call of Duty 4 multiplayer beta allows you to see into the future. Bending the fabric of time to your whims is sooo now. Remember, if you want to write the show, the email is podcast aat joystiq dawt com.

Remember not to interact with your past selves or you could enact a time paradox that unravels all of the universe!

Christopher Grant @ Aug 27th 2007 6:24PM
But what if the segue was so powerful, it could bend time and space!? Yeah, see ... that's a different matter entirely.

BluRay vs HD-DVD is NOTHING like DVD.
DVD was a single format that everyone adopted prior to it's release. The only wrinkle was the *compatible* DIVX rental format that was universally rejected from the get go.
Christopher Grant @ Aug 28th 2007 3:35PM
You know, he's right. If I was present, I would've smacked down that line of reasoning right quick!
... right quick.
Ludwig Kietzmann @ Aug 28th 2007 6:40PM
Uh, I don't know if you noticed Chris, but this podcast was under 50 minutes. Not sure you get the whole "right quick" thing. :D
