FIRST

Hmm... I'd like to wrap my paws around a copy of this book. Wonder how much that'd set me back?

Good job Starmen.net. Keep up the good work. I've got my eye on you.

i can't remember where i read it, but i do remember it saying that alot of it depended on the sale of earthbound/mother 2 on the VC deciding whether or not they would bring mother 3 stateside .. .

That article is linked where Nintendo Power acknowledged them. To the effect if Earthbound VC sales are good Mother 3 will be localized.

As a regular patron of Starmen.net, I can safely say that the people there are among some of the nicest, most talented I've ever talked to. The EB Siege is still going strong, and we're nowhere close to giving up.

Get back in the game.

Yes. Someone needs to point us in the direction of where to get a copy of this book... or who we have to... do away with.

Great interview! I totally remember the "This game stinks" motto; if I remember, there was also a scratch and sniff portion on the box which...stunk. Bad.

The game though? Love it, love it, love it.

I never played these games, but I'll definitely have to buy Earthbound on the Virtual Console once I can finally find a freaking Wii somewhere!

That's really impressive work. It makes me wish that some of the long since been abandoned games that once loved (Phantasy Star series) had such a devoted following.

"...I think the biggest contributor to the price was the player's guide, which was packed-in -- gamers didn't have the option of purchasing it separately."

You had to buy it with the game, true.. but it WAS available seperately! I know because I bought an extra! lol

Also, due to the fact that the box was big, some people might have been confused as to whether it was actually a game.

I remember seeing this box when I was little, and I was confused as to what was inside. I even wanted the game, but I didn't want to get the wrong thing. I didn't know if it was a console or gameboy or what.
