I would suggest that you take fernandos ring away but its too funny watching him destroy any shred of credability the NDF has.

Fernando, if you don't like it fine. This is America. We still have some freedom left. One of them is freedom of speech. If you think it is wrong, fine. If you don't like having these freedoms, LEAVE.
Go to Saudi Arabia and try to spread your version of God. Do it, I dare you. You would be arrested and probably tortured for spouting blasphemy.
Is that what you want? Intolerance to everything that you disagree with?
Freedom of religion is also freedom FROM religion.
Live and let live dude. If you knew me, you would know that I am one of the most open-minded, kind, caring person that abhors REAL violence and has a strong dislike for intolerance, hatred, and oppression of free-will.

This isn't the place to talk about religion unless its in relation to parasites festering inside of you in a quiet Spanish town.

(Keep any clever retorts to yourself, please.)

But I agree with Ross. Please don't fight about religion on a gaming website.

LOL, yeah as opposed you you already having removed every last trace of credibility and respect the SDF had a long time ago... wait. it never had any. nevermind. :D

That said, godisamyth, fernando, you're both apparently some of the most annoying dumbasses either of your camps has. Shut up about that crap on this blog, and godisamyth, remove that dumb trolling avatar. You're only using it to get people worked up in the first place. And if you don't, I'm sure someone will remove it for you at some point.

As the ring giver of the NDF it's up to me to decide whom should have which ring, if any at all.

Fernando is an upstanding member of the NDF.
We are proud to have him in our ranks.

His ring will stay.

I have spoken *he waves his arms to declare that he has spoken*

On a side note, his religious beliefs are his own and should be respected, or at least tolerated.

Personally I can laugh at jokes anything (religion, race, rasism, poverty...) As long as it's just that - jokes. There's a fine line between jokes and insulting someone and often that line is none existent.

Also, Godisa...

America hardly has any freedom of speech left. Re: anthem. Plus if you do go expressing yourself verbally it's likely you'll get sued for it. That's hardly freedom.

And please do not drag other countries down to make yourself feel better. Places like Dubai and other places in the middle east are/can be very tolerant of other people's religions and beliefs. Don't let the media fool you into believing all of these states kill anyone who doesn't believe in Allah.

As if it's unheard of to be killed for what you believe in in the US of A.

southpark and the simpsons = some of the most intelligent comedy and satire of society ever made. The fact that you stopped watching them for the reason you did is sad.

True, but Family Guy takes the gold medal. Even American Dad is starting to grow on me.
I find the irony of the ultra conservative Rupert Murdock's media empire showing the Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad incredibly amusing.

That is amusing indeed

While Fox News is clearly conservatively biased, FOX itself probably has some of the most liberal programming of any of the big 6 local networks

Although I chose a 360 over the Wii and PS3, i'm glad to see the Wii succeed. It's really a breath of fresh air to have a console splinter off, do it's own thing, and be a success. I hope to see more games in the future with graphics better than Splinter Cell Chaos Theory graphics (my favorite xbox game) and controls that developers finally have a handle on. Here's to Capcom for taking advantage of a good situation. In about a year i'll probably be in the market for a second console. It'll be between the Wii and PS3 and i'm already leaning toward the Wii.

I'd love a 2-d sprite based Mega man where he can fire in literally any direction by pointing the wii remote, while controling his movements with the analog stick and buttons on the nunchuck.

Sorry, that was a pompus statement. I apologize to you, and everyone else on this planet. ALL OTHER PLANETS BE DAMMED, DAMMED I TELL YOU.
I was assuming that Fernando is either in Chicagoland or the southwestern United States.
(to save time, I have already inserted foot in mouth)

Good for them, since Resident Evil 4 is an outstanding game. I got it on the GameCube and it's the game that really got me back into gaming. I also have the Wii version and I second the notion that it would be great to be able to go back and experience the game for the first time on the Wii.

Maybe these sales will teach Capcom to release a new Resident Evil on the Wii, instead of a dumbed down rehash (Umbrella Chronicles). That's not entirely fair, perhaps Umbrella Chronicles will be decent, but I remain skeptical. At least I have a PS3 now, so I can also experience RE:5 there.

I agree. I don't think it'd be too difficult. Remember, they released Code Veronica, which was technically a spin-off but followed in the series timeline nonetheless.

A new scenario, possibly even following the events of RE4 directly, should surely be possible on the Wii.
