GUN sequel poster in Tony Hawk Proving Ground demo

If you want to see the poster for yourself, head down the hill at the beginning of the demo and keep on that road until you see a large stairway on your left. You'll find the poster at the top. We'll be a little too busy dreaming of Lance Henriksen-soaked gaming goodness.

nice find

I dunno, it might be a hoax. I remember seeing some shit like this a long time ago for Killer Instinct 3. I can't remember what game it was in (maybe perfect dark?) you go into this office, and on the shelf is a Killer Instinct 3 box. Everybody shat themselves thinking there was a KI3 on the way, but it never appeared.

Lance Henriksen needs to do more video game voice work! Where's an Aliens or Millennium game when you need one? Rockin.
T3H WICKERMAN @ Sep 12th 2007 2:29PM
"This is who we are..." I most certainly agree with you. Guns voice acting was the best ive heard, and it was a good story. With a bit more polish this franchise could go on. I had a great time playing this game, and truly enjoyed the characters.MORE GUN!

I really hope they make a Gun sequel, and give it the time and resources it needs. The first game seemed like it could have been really great if it wasn't so half-baked and buggy.
Jim Halpert DM @ Sep 12th 2007 12:23PM
Screw .skate, this is true innovation.
rdj75 @ Sep 12th 2007 12:31PM
Gun had to be one of the ugliest games released on the 360. I looked like a half-assed xbox game, but it ends there. I actually had a blast playing it and the story was pretty good in my opinion so even if they don't improve much, I think I will still get the sequal.
alexa @ Sep 12th 2007 12:37PM
If you look closely there is also a GH2 Poster as well!

Is anyone actually excited about this? Last I checked, Gun was an average game at best. I would be more excited about McDonald's bringing back the McRib than any rumors of a sequel.
Phranctoast @ Sep 12th 2007 1:06PM
mmmmmmm... McRib
Chris @ Sep 12th 2007 2:17PM
The McRib is coming back after the Monopoly game stuff is over (late Oct/Nov). Oh, and Gun looks lame.
Christopher7xii @ Sep 12th 2007 2:10PM
omg I second that McRib. Or third it even.
Sean @ Sep 12th 2007 1:36PM
They should make a new Red Dead Revolver.
kotton247 @ Sep 12th 2007 1:52PM
they are making a new RDR
Christopher7xii @ Sep 12th 2007 2:12PM
Actually, I completely confused these two games.
Gun is boring and suck. Red Dead Revolver was pretty sweet. So a sequel IS being made you say?
CV_Otaku @ Sep 12th 2007 1:53PM
I loved Gun. I'm a huge fan of westerns and I thought they did the genre very well.
I'm super-excited for the sequel.
William AM @ Sep 12th 2007 2:10PM
When I see that name, all I can think of is SNL's MacGruber sketches. "Quick, hand me that dog turd!"
Sean @ Sep 12th 2007 2:22PM
I was thinking the same thing. Haha.
Sean @ Sep 12th 2007 2:23PM
It's rumored, says Wikipedia.

Damnit.
Matt @ Sep 12th 2007 2:34PM
Yvonne Magruder, the ship's female boxing champion???
Ganrob @ Sep 12th 2007 2:59PM
Gun was kind of cool, while ugly on the PC I would still play a c-qual..
kotton247 @ Sep 12th 2007 3:02PM
There was an article about Rockstar developing Red Dead Revolver 2 in Game Informer. It was in there a couple months ago.
GaryM @ Sep 12th 2007 4:23PM
Probably just an in-joke reference.
NvM @ Sep 12th 2007 5:05PM
I liked Gun.
But I bought it at 20 bucks, and still feel like it could've been much longer.
But the poster seems like a joke.
Bourega @ Sep 12th 2007 6:31PM
Gun. It was stupidly short, clearly rushed and as polished as a badger's ass. But no reason whatever, it turned out to be an amazing game; so if there is a sequel, I'd like to think that they'd spend a lot more time on it.
Joe Springsteen @ Sep 13th 2007 12:55PM
I hope they do make a sequel to Gun. For all its faults, it was a great story, and the horse and shooting mechanics were done very well... much better than Call of Juarez, IMHO.
Zach Isso @ Sep 12th 2007 7:29PM
Activision CEO says that multiple times they are making a sequel, I believe Activision CEO, he is not Murdoch saying that we will say Borat 2.
Evil @ Sep 30th 2007 11:27AM
I can think of a dozen games that are very short. If they make a second one then they'll of course improve and add more to the game. But this poster to GUN 2 looks up-made. Although it could be a working poster and title.
