and what? free stuff on ps3 that we pay for? you mean like Xbox live? one of the best features on 360 bar none, that totally eclipses everything ps3's online has to offer? I have yet to meet ANYONE including myself that regrets paying per year for it - it's a fantastic service and I have to assume you have not used it.

Uh, not really. Madden is on both consoles, Halo is exclusive to 360. Did you not realize this? Just to clarify.. ps3 costs on average around 200$ more than a 360, and if the only game they are truly interested in is madden, they could have saved themselves money by purchasing that and a 360 instead of being an ignorant victim to branding. (not to mention the fact that pretty much everyone agrees that they look and run better on 360... hi 60fps!)

I'm guessing by your comment that you are somehow in a position to sell games to consumers. And the way you just bounced off your opinion to consumers in your scenario puts me in a position to officially say this.

Seriously, I am getting so tired of everytime I go into a game store nowadays, I either get to sit through console bashing from the register biscuits or I get to hear about how X version is much better than B version when the jackass making the claim doesn't even know the difference between .rgb textures and .dds and how they effect engine performance. Fact of the matter is, the same jackoffs that were preaching GOW to me last year with it's steady 24fps are the same morons trying to tell me Madden is 100 times better on 360 this year just because 30fps is too slow to consider a game playable.

Hell, one store lost a $300 preorder sale from me just because I went in wanting to preorder Halo 3 for 360 and Rock Band for PS3. To which he gave me all sorts of reasons why it will be much better on 360 compared to PS3 and I should really preorder it for that system. I told him to cancel my preorders and informed him I didn't want his opinion, I wanted him to press buttons on the machine. I don't care if it's his favored system or what, the consumer is the one who is right and the moment you question the consumer, you should lose the sale.

Where I work in IT is right across the street form a Mall. I eat there a lot on my lunch breaks and always stop in EB Games on my way back to work... even if there is nothing new in there. I have bought 6 PS3 games in the past 3 months. I talk to the guys a little and they all have a 360 and 2 of them have a wii, none have a PS3. When I picked up Heavenly Sword(and a Ratchet&Clank:ToD demo disk...woot!) yesterday, one of the guys said to me, "Dude, you buy a lot of PS3 games." Like he was surprised or something. I said,"I know, I read a lot that there aren't any games for it." Smiled and left.

If it does, it'll be similar to Enchant Arms. You know, additional sidequests and stuff, nothing drastic. It's not like Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix or anything...

Yea, I figured something like that but it annoys the crap out of me when people start screaming "EXTRA CONTENT" without proof. I don't have a PS3 anyway, so it really doesn't matter much.
