Say 'Adios' to the 360 with Forza DLC and demos

Well, Halo 3 day (or "Emergence Day" in some very confused circles) is just around the corner, and we imagine that 360 owners will be doing little else than dropping Brutes like they're hot once it's (legally) on the the streets. So this weekend, why not send the 360 off in grand fashion with some new DLC and demos on Xbox Live?

First off, you could pick up some Forza 2 content that just hit the Marketplace. You can snag a 2007 SEAT Leon Cupra for free, or pay 400 points ($5) for a 10-car pack that includes the 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T Hemi, 2006 Dodge Challenger Concept and the 1967 Lamborghini Miura P400. If you're looking for something a bit more ... free, there are also some new demos for you to check out. If you don't live in North America or Asia, you can get a demo for Pro Evolution Soccer 2008. Otherwise there's a hot new demo ... for Viva Piñata Party Animals. ... Wow, is it Sept. 25 yet?

yeah i saw that viva party demo was up a couple days ago. is it fun? should i try it? it's a gig to download and i'd rather play blue dragon while the box is on

I would love to get the new Forza content, however my 360 has been sent back for the 4th time! I just pray they send it back in time for Halo 3. They said they'd push it through because of the amount of times it's had to go back. And they gave me a new wireless controller and Gears of War as compensation! Not bad, BUT I WANT TO PLAY HALO 3!

I heard Microsoft will confiscate your 360 if you don't buy a copy of Halo 3. :p

Let me correct that,no every X360 will play halo 3,after the first 2 weeks.I'm probably going to play rise of a ninja the next month.

I was beginning to wonder if I was the only 360 owner out there not excited for Halo 3.

It would be nice if when you bought the 10 car pack you actually got the cars in the garage instead of having to earn the money to buy them in game.

Should they really have bothered? I mean, it's within a week of when your biggest game is going to be released, so everyone who owns a 360 and their grandmother is saving every dollar for Halo. Also statisticly, most people who own a 360 don't even know about the marketplace, and those who do, must have have Xbox Live to access it. On top of that, most people who have Xbox Live, play online games, and Halo is the #1 online console game. So again, why bother?

Are they tring to get the .00002% (For those counting, I thing that's like... 20 people) of Xbox owners that have Xbox Live for the little 6-7 year olds with Viva Pinata?

Psh.. I'm not playing halo 3. I'm going to get a whole palette of Halo 3 games on release day, then load them up in a skeet thrower, and then blow them out of the sky with a 12 gauge in front of disgruntled nerds.

Then post it on Youtube.

Oh, about the last part, I was focusing on the Party Animals, not the original. I know the original was good for a lot of age groups. I just wanted to clear that up.

Viva Pinata: Party Animals is fun -- especially if you like the TV show. It's basically a Kart Racer with minigames thrown in. Very well thought-out.

Why are we saying adios to the 360 ?

Or do you mean, adios to everything that's not halo 3?

I was about to say that,it shouldn't say Hola?,Like Hello to the x360,I mean when I first read Adios to the x360(Goodbye to the x360) I was WTf?,What happened?

Adios y Hola are in English Goodbye and Hello.In Italiano you can use salutare as hello and goodbye.

"Adios" in a picture with the Brazilian and Portuguese NTs!? Lol, Adios is Spanish.. in Portugal and Brazil they speak Portuguese and in that case it would be "Adeus".
