In preparation for tonight's online mayhem that is Halo 3
online multiplayer, Bungie posted all the information you could ever want about Halo 3
's matchmaking and its playlists. Detailed over on Bungie.net
, they discuss the new multiplayer features including the power of veto, experience points and an easier party up feature which we've all seen in the beta back in May. So, nothing really new there. But most exciting is the the list they posted of matchmaking playlists which will again be broken up into ranked and unranked (social) games with favorites like Team Slayer, Big Team Battle and Multi Team making an appearance. Though, one of the more curious changes is that the ranked version of Rumble Pit is now called Lone Wolf where they reduced the player count to five. All your Halo 3
matchmaking details are just a jump away, so start jumping and get learned.
