Where do you keep your Wii, games, and accessories? Are they scattered about or neatly organized on shelves, with spare controllers tucked away in drawers? Personally, this blogger has sort of a hybrid approach: games are kept neatly on the nearby game-and-CD stand, the Wii itself is positioned just-so on its shelf on the iron gaming stand, but when it comes to controllers, things are a little more haphazard depending on what's getting the most play at the time. What's your storage strategy?

They're on a bookshelf I bought to hold my DVD's and Games, I got tired of buying new DVD racks, especially since you can buy a bookshelf for $30, haha

My entertainment center has a dedicated shelf for the Wii and all of its wonderful games and accessories. With the Wii sitting in the middle and games are organized on the right in alphabetical order. The accessories sit to the left of the Wii with each having its own little place to rest. Having things organized is a must around my house or my wife will have a fit.

The games are on the top of the entertainment center between my bookends (two rectangular glass vases filled with bottle caps and corks).
For all the accessories (wavebirds, other gc stuff including bongos, and all wii remotes) I went to bed bath and beyond and bought a big leather box that fits under the coffee table. That was a huge step in making my apartment look less like a dorm room (the bookends not so much)
tl;dr shelf/box

Right now, I've got all of my games and controllers in my original NES carrying case. It looks like this:

It keeps everything tucked away nicely, and the Wii's so small that I can throw it in there too if I need to take it along with me somewhere.

The Wii is on top of the entertainment center tight next to the TV.
The Wii and PS2 games are alphabetical on the left side, and the Gamecube games are on the right.
The Nyko charging base hold the 2 remotes with regular batteries (only placed in the controllers when needed) and the 2 with the rechargeables are next to the Wii.
I keep all of the disks in a CD notebook and extra controllers in a basket on the bottom shelf...next to the Atari 7800.
This keeps the top of the entertainment center nice and clean looking, while putting the 'clutter' in a dark place where it is not seen.

I've got two shelves full of Wii games and I hang the 4 controllers w/ nunchucks on the wall with finishing nails. I keep all gamecube controllers, games and accessories in a end table drawer. Rechargeable batteries go on the lower shelf of games. Everything is nice, neat and orderly.
Peace
Peace

Anywho, right now I have all 10 games and 2 Wiimotes/nunchucks, classic controller and GCN controller in a small basket near my Wii.
Soon, I may buy a game case like this (http://images.bestbuy.com/BestBuy_US/images/products/8012/8012713_sa.jpg) and just put the empty boxes away for safe keeping.

My situation is similar to yours. I have the games on a cd/dvd stand near the telly. The Wii sits underneath, on a shelf on the television stand. The controllers can be anywhere at any given time: on top of the television, on one of the tables, near my games, or lying somewhere on a sofa. It all depends on what I used last.

I've still got my woodshop project from 8th grade, which was specifically designed to hold DVD's and GC, PS2, and Xbox games
it is also ideal for Wii titles, but i ran out of space sooner than i presumed i would, and now have an extra shelf i installed under my TV stand
