Atlus disappointed gamers with Trauma Center: Second Opinion for Wii, offering up an uninspired remake of the DS original, but the company is out to make amends with armchair surgeons in Trauma Center: New Blood. The sequel promises new features, missions, and characters, as well as a new cooperative mode, which will let you and a partner hack at a virtual patient for both points and living room bragging rights. Trauma Center: New Blood ships to retail on November 20, giving you plenty of time to sharpen your slicing and dicing skills.

Hehe, he thought he was gonna get some action at the end!
I'm really looking forward to this game, even though the original stressed me out and made me scratch a syringe line on my DS touch screen!

I wouldn't say gamers were disappointed by Trauma Center: Second Opinion. It was one of the highest rated launch titles, even if it was more of a remake than a true sequel. http://www.metacritic.com/games/wii/scores/
Besides that's got to be one of the most inventive names for a sequel ever.

I really liked Second Opinion, but have really been looking forward to this one for co-op. I had no idea it was coming out so soon though. I hate Christmas. Seriously.

Nice commercial: co-op seems to be the selling point, which is sweet because you really tend to want to share your unique experience with someone. And I mean right next to you sharing your screen, something that can't really be done with a portable console or via the internet.
And I still think that the doctor should have reaped his rewards. =(

Quick!!! put some magic dust on his kidneys ... he is going into renal failure! Now, put your bubble gum at the head of his pancreas, it will stimulate insulin production so he doesn't go into DKA. Now, quickly, his bowel is perforating, use this rubber cement and stitch it with this ball point pen and dental floss!
Now we're doin surgery!
this game is funny.

Got a Charlie horse?
OPERATION!
Where's THAT Wii game? The remotes would work perfectly, and it would be hilarious, especially with booze involved.

I wouldn't say the game was a disappointment. It sold me on the Wii, and everyone else who comes over loves it.
