Hilarious post.

Games for Windows Live only seems worth it if you are already paying for it for Xbox. But jesus would I love me achievements and multiplayer as nice as the xboxen users have it.

I've been refusing to install Steam for years now, but I finally gave in a few hours ago because someone gave me a free code for HL2. I guess we all have to make compromises in our lives. Ah well, free is free.

Steam Community has rendered this useless, especially since it's free. They are implementing their own achievements, with better voicechat setup, and an awesome client.

Oh yeah and it's free.

And there's third party game support. It will only be a matter of time until the support is much better than even XFire's. IMO it already is.

And it's free.

Kiss my behind Microsoft, I refuse to pay for online gaming, I have played online for years free and now you want to insult me by adding a $50 charge? That may work on Xbox, but I already pay enough for my internet bill, why the heck should I dish out more cash to play bloody windows games online.

If thats the case, forget it.

If I am not paying, thats good news, if I am, Micro can go to hell, I'm going solo :P

There is so much potential for Games for Windows Live but they just haven't done it right. There are so many things that are missing from it.

Come Micro$oft, give us a good updates!

You only have to pay if you want to play against 360 users, the rest of the service I believe is free.

Correct me if I am wrong, but you also have to pay to play ranked games for those online achievements.

The only thing I learned from this post is that Timmie has issues.
