Mentally sluggish? That would be today, amigos. I was up until 4am last night reading (not on purpose!) and so I'm pretty much useless here at work for the next couple hours.

I'm in my Computer Science class right now, and I feel pretty darn sluggish. I haven't had a productive thought for pretty much the whole day. :P I really wish I had my DS right now to erm-- "develop Java" on. :)

I was feeling sluggish yesterday because I only got 5 hours of sleep. I had to drive my girlfriend home and she lives a state away so I had that yellow vitamin water drink and a caffeine pill. I got her home and got home alright but when I got home I couldn't sleep 'cause of all the caffeine. So I just played guitar and surfed the net until 3am when I finally passed out.

I tried the demo of BA2; that made me feel challenged. Seriously, keeping track of wether you should win or lose at Rock / Paper / Scissors is hard, and forces you to create new things such as 'Rocksors' and 'Paprock'.

As with the other posters, just today! A friend forwarded on a silly "do you see the rotating figure circling clockwise or counterclockwise" image, where clockwise is supposed to mean that you're a right-brain person. Since I'm a computer programmer, it'd be nice to switch my left brain on!

The last time I was mentally sluggish is when I ran for Miss Teen USA and said "I personally believe the U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some, uh...people out there in our nation don't have maps, and, uh, I believe that our education like such as South Africa and, uh, the Iraq everywhere like, such as and...I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., err, uh, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future for our children." Brain Age 2 could help me....but I doubt it.

Sluggish brain? After a day of staring at excel spreadsheets, building boxes, and dealing with micro management my brain is pretty worn. Also playing DS till 2am might have a minute influence on this problem but nothing is yet scientifically proven on that one!

My toddler woke me up early this morning, saying "ga" and grabbing my face. I was soooo sleep deprived from taking care of him last night (he kept waking up hungry!) I couldn't believe he was wide awake at 7:00 a.m.! Needless to say, it took my brain until after breakfast to fully kick in :)

Monday. Our 17 month old had been sick since Thursday and sleep apparently wasn't one of things he felt like doing. He kept waking up every 15 minutes or so. My daughter spent the night with my parents Saturday but came home Sunday with a case of the up chucking. Yay. Was too tired Monday to think. Thinking would hurt.

Like so many others, right now I'm in my 300-level software engineering class, and feeling pretty sluggish because it's at freaking 8 in the morning. I waited several semesters just to see if it would be offered at a different time, but no... =_=

At least Picross DS would give me something to get my brain in gear on the bus :D

I felt kinda sluggish during the last contest... I thought, "What if I just spammed the same message over and over again in order to win".

Then I thought, "No... that must be against the rules... otherwise it just wouldn't be fair".

Huh... Looks like I was just dumb.

I should get some training in.

Mentally sluggish and groggy are two different things. I'm groggy right now, that's for sure. But being wide awake didn't help me yesterday, when I locked my reset someone's voice mail password here at work for them, then called and left them a voice message telling them it had been changed.
:)
