It's a well-known fact that putting Baby in any sort of corner is a crime punishable with death by firing squad or (in some states) lethal injection. But Dirty Dancing: The Game is a whole other story. Judging by this video, Dirty Dancing: The Game should be placed in the corner of a latrine in the corner of the Diarrhea Only infirmary in the corner of a rocket being shot into the sun that accidentally gets sucked through blackest space to the corner of Planet Pleasegodbejoking.
You know what we like best about this trailer? How there's almost no dancing, dirty or otherwise. That's the kind of thing that makes it all worthwhile.
Gah. They're hoping that all the women who bought a Wii and then never got around to playing it, will buy this game strictly in the hopes of a "grope Patrick Swayze's arse" level. *boggle*
I hope this does not come out the same week as Brawl or I won't know which one to get. Hopefully if it does they can push Brawl back 2-3 weeks. They might as well or it will get steamrolled by this juggernaut.
If this was actually some kind of rhythm dancing DDR clone, or some kind of dating sim, it could actually be decent enough for people like my mom and girlfriend to play. You know, since then it would actually kinda be like the movie.
They just should port it to Wii, for the motion-controlled illegal abortion scene alone.
This scary sort of thing is what happens when game companies discover that girls like games too. Sadly, they still have a lot to learn. Maybe they can study up on the internetz!

The Bratz game just came out a couple weeks ago, and now this. I'm not made of money, folks! If that Golden Girls MMORPG I heard about goes through, I'm f***ed.
Wow! I bet the sales for this game will dwarf Halo3's sales to date in the first 20 minutes!!! I really can't wait to stand in line hoping to get this one... =S
On a lighter note, did you notice that the gameplay DOES contain some FMV. Reminds me of the 90s but without the bra and panties...
