Warhawk, fl0w expanding in December

Expansions are coming for popular Playstation Network titles fl0w and Warhawk, according to Game Informer magazine. Firing Squad reports that a recent issue of the magazine reveals expansions in development for both downloadable titles, with planned releases in December.

The Warhawk expansion will introduce a dropship into the game, which can pick up and relocate ground vehicles. The fl0w expansion, meanwhile, will add a multiplayer mode to the abstract game, as well as a new playable creature. While expansions for Warhawk are a no-brainer, it remains to be seen how typical downloadable content will fit in with the incredibly atypical fl0w.

I bought flow and played it one time. I also bought Blast Factor and Piyatama and have played each one a total of one time. I don't think any of the 29 titles I have on live arcade have been played less than a few hours each. Sony really needs to step it up!

I hope the expansion also addresses the stat tracking bug. I've been an Airman 1st Class since I bought the game...

I hope the new download is more then just a new ship I hope there will also be new maps. Plus there is a lot of vehicles you could add to Warhawk like Hoverboats and Motorcycles. So I hope the Dropship will not be the only one.

I know this is a little early but after seeing how great the first Warhawk game is I can't wait to see Warhawk 2. Plus this time having a campain mode added. So you can finally see why the two groups hate each other.

I just hope I'll still be interested in warhawk by december. Just Call of Duty 4 alone might take up all my time. Then theres all those other games...

I love Warhawk. It reminds me of BattleField 2, but I like Warhawk more. I wish it had more vehicle and plane options though.

the biggest problem is communication pre-game. as in, there is none. there aren't any chatrooms, no guaranteed way of getting into a game with buddies. they should have set up the MP like resistance, that was awesome. plus you had squads so you wouldnt have to push to talk, you could just talk amongst your squad. other than that warhawk is the shiz. love the game. don't think a dropship is their biggest need right now though.

Wow... for real? I've kinda already sold my warhawk cause it had terrible clan and friend suppor. awesome game but it would be kinda nice to play with a group of friends who know what they're doing instead of that nub that picks you up and crash you into the nearest building ...
