We don't know if you've been keeping up with Warhawk, but the dev team has been working on plenty of fixes and tweaks for the game, so much so that we thought a brief check-in was in order. Coming your way at the end of the month will be patch 1.1. This patch is pure under-the-hood stuff, improving connections, stability and fixing a few glitches. The patch will also add "Arbiters," officials who'll take to games and make sure that all of the players are on the up-and-up. Think Air Marshals for Warhawk.
Following that, there's already another patch (1.2) in testing. This will add some new layouts as well as some more customization options for your matches. Some other new features are also added by the patch, including the addition of support for the DualShock 3. Wow, next-gen delivery methods meet last-gen tech. Inspiring.

The best fix of all would be to include SINGLE PLAYER. Until then, the bajillion unsold copies will continue to be used as elevator counterweights in high rise apartment projects around the world. snk!

I think you missed the "next gen delivery" part son. Unless you wish to do the math on how much mass the combined potential electrons of unsold copies of Warhawk copies take up.
Ok, ok, there are a few people that bought actual discs.

You sir, are a tool.

I never quite got that insult. Tools are generally useful things, even if they have no will. But being "a tool" is never useful.

the insult refers to being nothing more than a tool. a tool doesn't think, a tool just does what everyone expects him to do: falls in line and acts like a douche.
the game doesn't need single player, it just needs pre-game communication like in resistance or halo.

"Tool..." Who still says that? All the cool kids have moved on to saying "douchebag" these days...
Anyway, I think Warhawk needs a steady stream of new levels - that would help keep the community paying attention and interest new PS3 owners as well.

Warhawk is the only continually playable game the PS3 has (outside of the awesomeness of Everyday Shooter and Super Stardust HD).
But I hate the PC-like lobby. It's like Unreal Tourney:
"I think I'll scroll the through this endless list of servers. I'll join this game! ooops, game is full. Okay, I'll scroll through this list again and I'll join THIS game. Ooops, game is full." Repeat for 5 minutes. argh!
It really needs a Halo 2/3 type matchmaking service. Just put me into a queue and join me to the next available game type that I choose.
