NFS PROSTREET demo on XBL? :\ Damn, I'll have to see if my roommate DL'd it on his X360... since I highly doubt PSN will have the demo tomorrow.

See? I own a PS3 and I'm not fanboy gushing about it. It's possible, folks.

I'm loving the demo....however does it always freeze up and do that stupid slowmo thing everytime you crash? Is there anyway to hurry it up and get back to playing the game?

Other than that I'm afraid that I'm gonna have throw down some more monies and increase my 360 collection...

Between NFS: Pro Street, Virtua Fighter 5, and Ace Combat 6 (thats an exclusive right?) I'm gonna be real short on cash.

I know what you mean. I don't know where I am going to get the money to buy all these great games. This one looks pretty good, but with Assasin's Creed and Mass Efect this next month, I dont think I can buy it.

What's with this rising trend of games using "Casual" to replace "Easy"? I've noticed this in this game, MOH Airborne, Stranglehold and a couple of others. It's like the word "Easy" has become a slur to casual/non-gamers, and now games are dipping into gaming skill P.C.ness.

Doesn't matter, I played with KING settings, the way it was meant to be.

You guys announced this yesterday. ;o) This and GH3 are sweet. Won't spend $60 on NFS though. GH3, on the other hand is a day 1 purchase.

All the F&F references in the article are exactly why I picked up NFS: Carbon. Hearing your car's description over the police radio means you'd best put the pedal to the metal, or the 5-0 will catch you.

This game... doesn't appear to have any of that. :(

Look great, plays reasonably well, but what happened to the cops? Man, that was the only thing I liked about recent NFS games. That's what sets them apart from every other racing game. This coming from a person who practically tuned out the series in its Underground years. The AI cars also continue to hug the road too well. Having damage is nice, but why can't I push other cars?
