hmm I guess Bethesda feels they have a better chance of selling more copies of the game if they just sold it at stores instead of through sony's online serice.

I'd rather have a disc and reciept than a tick next the to download (reference to XBLM) you might get it cheaper to, so its not all bad news.

Don't forget. Shivering Isles is impossible on PS3. It must be true, I read it on the internet (including joystiq!).

They have. It's called the Game of the Year Edition and includes Oblivion, Knights of the Nine, and Shivering Isles.
