How is he busted? Most people use stencils, either home made or downloaded

He's "busted" because the rules say "Designs must be original. No template cutting/carvings allowed."
Besides that, it's pretty cool.

I think its a great pumpkin but I think the whole template thing he used kind of ruins it competition wise. Isn't that sort of cheating?
