Does Yahtzee like the "new" Paper Mario? You can find out for yourself after the break, but we'll tell you he liked the old ones better. Considering the Wii is fully backwards compatible with the Gamecube, it's worth reminding newcomers to the series of the excellent Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It's not much of a step backwards in graphics and the gameplay is as good as ever.
Zero Punctuation irons out Super Paper Mario
This week the British-born Yahtzee, who harnesses his rage on the outskirts of Brisbane, Australia, takes on Super Paper Mario. Yes, he knows it's old, but apparently the Australians just got it. So, for many, this will be like a review down memory lane -- as others relive their own issues with the title.

Get on that next time.
Really you start to piss me off.
Get on that next time."
Lulz. You got burned.
I saw it too. I think he went pretty damn easy on the game though. I'm a big Nintendo fan, but the 1,000 year door was not the 'diamond' he claims it to be and super paper mario was worthless after one level.
afkomglolbrbwtfftwidkimoetc.
Now I have to insert an important text here otherwise this comment was a waste oh yeah

Which goes to prove anything with the word "legion" in it becomes incredibly badass.
Exactly glad you get it boy but I was talking about mr nimblewick not Joystiq,Joystiq is still cool.
I didn't know he was so popular but seriouly he annoys me I can't make a comment without that guy replying some crap.

Seriously I have no idea why people have flack with this guy. The only reason I think you could flip your lid over the Halo 3 or this Review is if you are a total retarded fanboy...in a 9 Nine Inch Nail T-Shirt. :D

"Don't get me wrong. I recommend SPM...if only to get some farking use of your Wii".
Me, I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone except children aged 10 or less. The game was so painfully boring and childish.

They took *out* JRPG turn based combat and thus made it more repetitive?
Sadly, Yahtzee didn't go at this game enough. It's crap next to the other two games mentioned. I do not recommend it at all, not even to get use from your Wii.

They differ from person to person.
See how simple that was?
I am glad for Yahtzees hate of JRPGs, though I do like a few.

But it seems AVGN new videos have more budget.

Not with him about not playing brightly colored things though. I'm confident enough in my manhood to know that I'm not going to catch "The Gay" from playing games like Katamari and Okami. About the only way I'd catch the gay, is if Yahtzee strapped me down and forced the gay on me, which wouldn't be very pleasant.
