We're just waiting to try out the Wiimote controls with the game and see if it's all the murder simulator it can be. From the trailer this sequel seems a little more thought through than the original Manhunt -- but still depraved. All we know is if some stupid controversy springs up following Manhunt 2's release with its M-rating clearly on the box, we're going to ask for someone to edit together a clip the worst parts of Saw IV (premiering this week) and Manhunt 2, and we'll see what piece of media really deserved to be potentially banned.
Manhunt 2 official trailer teases the depravity

I would liken the graphics to the intelligence of someone who can't survive on less than 720p. Grow up and get over yourself.

Those graphics hurt my eyes. Was Manhunt 2 made with the Goldeneye 64 engine?

It uses Renderware...at least for the PS2 version. Not sure about the Wii or PSP since Renderware never had a final version for those platforms before they where bought out by EA. Yeah, the graphics do look kinda bad but I think it kinda adds to the whole horror feel.

Can I vote both?
(Granted, I come from a country which banned Donnie Darko as well. Grr.)

If they banned Lost in Translation too, then it was obviously due to good taste.

Saw should have been banned.
Not because it's a bloody movie... because it's an insult to all movie goers and the horror genre itself.

Does it matter what it looks like so long as it's...oh what's the word...FUN? The Wii controls alone should make for a good time.

Kinda funny that people in mass defended this game being made and now seem to be jumping on the fact that its not an HD game. I thought that its gameplay was what people wanted. No love eh?
It doesn't look great, but it has always be advertised as a Wii/PS2 game in the first place, so who expected it to suddenly be a PS3 caliber game?

It's not the same people.
And honestly as a PC gamer the "high def" 720 pixel graphics of PS3 and 360 are not impressive either.
Call me back when PS4 has 2400x1600 resolution.
But in the meantime I really don't care about the Pixel Count Wars.

I'm actually looking forward to Pixel Count Wars on the DS, I think it's going to be one of the better turn-based, brain-training strategy games released this year.

Rockstar should send a copy to Jack Thompson. I think that'd be pretty funny.
I'll give the Wii version a rent, I think.

This game is sick, yet fun to play. I can't remember the time I was playing this game and then my mom came into my room and saw Cash beheading someone with a barbed wire and she went in a rampage.
I might check it out first when it comes out, and if I like it, I might get it by the end of the year for the Wii. If not, I'll pass.
