Zombos return for Condemned 2 trailer

There's not a whole lot to see in this new trailer for Condemned 2, but it seems to be hitting on all the "scary game trailer" cylinders. Threatening, disembodied voice? Check. Annoying but creepy alarm-like sound effect? Check. Getting your head smashed in by a brick-wielding zombo? ... Check.

The one thing we're still questioning is the point in the clip where the hero appears to be wielding a prosthetic arm. Either that's a weapon (sort of cool) or the damage in the game is so realistically modeled that injuries can result in infection, amputation, filing an insurance claim for a new limb and months of rehab (not as cool). We're pulling for the first one.

I was pleasantly surprised by the first game. Hopefully they can create the same atmosphere with this one.

You forgot the part where the insurance company turns you down as your coverage does not cover prosthetics, forcing you have to sell crack to pay the bills...
Hence the seedy, scary, back alley scenes along with the accompanying creepy occupants in the trailer.

I'm really sad Matt Parkman won't be in this one.

I-I mean, Greg Grunberg. He really is a great voice actor.

I have to say that Condemned 1 was probably the most enjoyable game I've played so far on the 360, so I'm excited about the sequel. Seriously i wanna know what happens to the main character right after he transformed into that monster thing.

From what I remember, the story didn't make any damn sense in the first one. It was still a pretty good game, though. Atmospheric and scary, indeed. It was all about the blade from the paper slicer in the school.
