Unless the predator is stumping around searching for a PictoChat Room to join by staying within 30 feet of a school or something, i don't see how

Otherwise it's a helluva lot easier to use a PC for that sort of thing...

Sounds like the Ron Paul-bearers who started FredThompsonForum.com, RudyGuilianiForum.com, and MittRomneyForum.com. They spam the URLs in blog comments, then have their operatives pose as other posters and say things that are earnest yet crazy, along the lines of (but perhaps a bit more subtle than) "Man, I can't wait till Romney kills all the homeless people" or "It's gonna be so great when Thompson gives concealed carry permits to 12 year olds" or whatever. It's finally getting picked up by the media, though they've been doing it for months. Wired just ran an article, but imao.us actually got the whois data to prove it, before they switched to anon registration.

People will stoop to basically anything on the internet. I think it's a corollary to John Gabriel's Greater Internet Dickwad theory.

I think the picture of Ron Jeremy dressed up as Mario might be a clue to the "seriousness" of this site.

Sure this article didn't originate in the Onion?
