Don't get mad at JOYSTIQ for saying it like it is....

I own 2 PS3s.....and you know what??....My PS3s fall highlight has been playing RATATOUILLE & PLANET EARTH on them.

Let's breakdown what PS3 has going exactly for it this fall....its pretty sad when you really look at it:

Some people like RATCHET & KLANK...I don't. It does not trump the AAA titles of the other systems. MARIO vs MASTER CHIEF vs RATCHET & KLANK......not much of a competition is it??

WARHAWK was a HUGE Disappointment....and especially when you compare its matchmaking & modes to a typical XBL Game.

Heavenly Sword....like that hot blonde you banged in high school....Pretty, but ultimately shallow and short-lived. Goddess of War you are not.

LAIR...don't even go there.

SINGSTAR?? Well..it's delayed....but how many people are willing to spend 400$+ just for this game....especially when the same thing is available on PS2.

Sorry.....I'm an early adopter and can say the best thing about having a PS3 for the past year is.....I don't have a gimped PS3 with no/software PS2 Backwards Compatibility.

That's it.

If you are only a PS3 owner.......let's hope you are praying to get a 360 and/or Wii this XMAS.....or its gonna be a LOOONG Winter.

Granted you can get a Multi-Platform Title.....but that's not what you got a PS3 for....and PS3 Online Multiplayer is like XBL on a sedative.....semi-functional, slow, and hard to work with.

Well the PSP's media features started off pretty bare, but look at what it can do now. It's one of the more fully-featured handheld devices on the market.

The only reason PS3's firmware updates aren't that meaty is because....well it already has a crapload of stuff on it. True, messaging and in-game XMB would be nice, but asking so much for something Sony doesn't even charge for is messed up.
