no story about mario galaxy being released? my friend just played the first 2 levels, they're cool
only 3 stars per level though (like in mario64) so he doesn't think there will be 128 this time
Nick the Hero of Canton @ Nov 8th 2007 12:47AM
60 stars required to win, 120 total :)
I think...

They were most likely looking for someone to fill the position of John Romero's Bitch.
Geist @ Nov 8th 2007 1:54AM
Hahahah awesome.

I look at those Nukem pictures and wonder what gamers ever saw in such a generic character.
Then again, I guess I should remember how society viewed action heroes in the early 90s, as opposed to the Daniel Craigs, Keifer Sutherlands and Matt Damons we have now.
Jonah Falcon @ Nov 8th 2007 9:09AM
You didn't actually play Duke Nukem 3D or the previous Duke Nukem platformers, huh?
Shockgamer @ Nov 8th 2007 12:55PM
Nope.
Which is fine being I was commenting on the character and not the game. Is there something between the killing pig cops, tipping club dancers and quoting Bruce Campell that I'm missing? 'Cause that sounds like a generic 90s action hero archtype to me.
joevill @ Nov 8th 2007 9:31AM
Oh my! It's amazing how time flies. What's even more amazing is the fact Duke Nukem Forever is still in the news as a work in progress.
