I got bored a while back and played Jedi Knight II. I seem to have a problem when I play any Gamecube game. It seems that once I start the game, I no longer have control with my Wiimote. That is to say, once I am finished, I cannot hit the home button or simply turn off the machine. I have to get up and trun it off at the console itself. Anyone else have that problem? Is that just what it does?

My wife and I STILL play Mario Kart Double Dash together on our Wii. Such a great game, and a great way for us to spend time together... AND it's been a great entry point for my wife into gaming!

About two weeks ago I was in the mood to play something retro. So I popped in the Namco Museum disk, played a bunch of games, and then was a little frustrated because I wish I had a more arcade-like controller for games like Ms. Pac-Man.

BTW, if anyone can recommend a reasonably priced arcade-like controller for games like this, please let me know!

And we still get Double Dash out on a regular basis, and will until the new one comes out.

I think I'll go back to LoZ:Windwaker at some point soon, probably after I complete MP3:C, also think I'll get a couple of Star Wars games second hand (Rebel Strike etc!) just to tide me over until an original Star Wars game comes out for the Wii

I personally play GC games more than Wii. They're better, funner and have superior graphics :p

Seriously though, the last time I played on my Wii was to complete Super Paper Mario: almost a month ago. I've been playing through ToS again this week.

Maybe the Wii isn't really my type of console :(

Last night - Smash Bros. Still trying to unlock Game and Watch. I'm having trouble doing the target break with Ganondorf, Jigglypuff, Dr. Mario and I think one other.

Also, doing the event race where you have to run Captain Falcon across the board in 30 seconds is ridiculously hard.

I love excite truck !!! Going to mirror mode now :P

We play Mario Kart: Double Dash, Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee and WarioWare: Mega Mi¢roGame$ about twice a month. All 3 of these are great simultaneous multi-player games.

I was re-playing (trying to finish) MP2: Echoes in anticipation of MP3: Corruption, and I am STILL trying to finish Eternal Darkness (after 3 years). I was thinking about breaking out Luigi's Mansion again...I loved this game (don't think many others did, though).

Well I'm in a little bit of a different situation. I've been playing on different systems Wii, the VC, Gamecube, Xbox and Xbox 360.

I was busy over the winter and spring finishing off college and didn't have the full time to commit to much gaming after that I spent the timing on the following games:

Wii -
Twilight Princess
Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition
Sonic and the Secret Ring
and just got Bleach.

Gamecube -
Super Mario Sunshine
Super Smash Bros. Melee

The VC -
Super Mario Bros 2: The Lost Levels
Sin and Punishment
Ninja Gaiden
Super Metroid

Xbox -
Psychonaughts
Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate

Xbox 360 -
Dead or Alive 4
Kameo
Dead Rising
